Welcome to ORRA Synergy. By accessing or using our website, services, and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

ORRA Synergy provides clinical research consultancy, training programmes, and talent connection services. Our platform connects clinical research professionals with training opportunities and pharma sponsors and CROs seeking qualified talent.

2. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Training Programmes & Payments

• Course registration is confirmed upon payment completion.
• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or another approved payment processor. We do not store credit card information.
• Cancellation and refund policies are specified per programme and may vary.
• ORRA Synergy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

4. Talent Profiles

• Clinical research professionals are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful submission of their profile information, CV, certificates, and supporting documents.
• Applicants must not upload false, misleading, confidential third-party, or unauthorised documents.
• ORRA Synergy may review, verify, request clarification, reject, archive, or remove profiles for misrepresentation, incomplete information, unsuitable evidence, or breach of these terms.
• Submission to the talent pool does not guarantee approval, certification, interview, engagement, employment, placement, or selection.
• Applicant profiles and documents are not made CRO-visible until reviewed and approved by ORRA Synergy. CRO visibility is controlled by ORRA and may be changed or withdrawn.
• Talent applicants are also subject to the Talent Applicant Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including course materials, logos, text, and design — is the property of ORRA Synergy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ORRA Synergy provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services.

7. Candidate and Client Data Use

Talent-pool data may be used for internal review, profile assessment, candidate matching, and approved candidate submission support. CRO/client users must keep candidate information confidential, use it only for legitimate clinical research staffing evaluation, and must not redistribute candidate data without appropriate authorisation.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
