1. Scope
These Talent Applicant Terms apply when you create, save, upload, or submit a clinical research talent profile, CV, certificate, training evidence, or related information to ORRA Synergy.
2. Accuracy and Authority
- You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, current, and not misleading.
- You confirm that uploaded documents are genuine and that you are authorised to submit them.
- You must not upload confidential third-party documents, sponsor/CRO proprietary documents, patient information, or any document you are not authorised to share.
- You are responsible for keeping your profile reasonably updated.
3. ORRA Review
- ORRA Synergy may review your profile and documents for completeness, suitability, and relevance to clinical research opportunities.
- ORRA may request more information, edit administrative fields, reject, archive, hide, or approve your profile.
- ORRA may mark documents as internal-only, CRO-visible, hidden, reviewed, or unsuitable depending on internal assessment.
- ORRA is not required to approve any profile or explain every review decision.
4. No Guarantee
Submission to the ORRA talent pool does not guarantee approval, certification, interview, engagement, employment, placement, project assignment, selection by any CRO/client, or any specific outcome.
5. Certification and Credentials
- Applicant-uploaded certificates and CVs are candidate-provided unless ORRA specifically marks them as reviewed or verified.
- ORRA training completion, GCP evidence, or CV submission does not automatically make you ORRA-certified or CRO-visible.
- Final hiring, engagement, credential verification, work-authorisation checks, and compliance checks may remain subject to CRO/client procedures.
6. Consent and Data Sharing
- You must provide PDPA/privacy consent before submitting your profile for ORRA review.
- Your profile and uploaded documents are not made CRO-visible automatically.
- ORRA may share approved CRO-visible candidate information and selected evidence with relevant CRO/client organisations for suitable clinical research opportunities.
- Internal-only or hidden documents remain restricted unless ORRA changes the visibility setting or obtains further appropriate consent.
- You may contact ORRA to withdraw from active talent-pool consideration, subject to lawful retention requirements.
7. Candidate Conduct
- You must not impersonate another person or submit false credentials.
- You must not upload malware, unlawful material, patient data, protocol-confidential material, or sponsor/CRO confidential information.
- You must cooperate reasonably if ORRA asks for clarification, updated CV, certificate expiry information, or supporting evidence.
8. ORRA Role
Unless separately agreed in writing, ORRA Synergy is not your employer and does not guarantee employment, contractor engagement, remuneration, work allocation, or continuing opportunity. ORRA provides talent-pool assessment, training, consultancy, and candidate matching support.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. The talent application records your consent/acknowledgement timestamp and version for audit purposes.
10. Changes
ORRA may update these Talent Applicant Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new version/date. Continued use or resubmission after updates may require renewed acknowledgement.
